Apartment Amenities:
When leasing an apartment, one should consider the amenities offered by the apartment community. Apartments in La Porte have a wide variety of amenities from washer/dryer hook ups to gated communities both manned and unmanned. Be sure to tell your personal agent what amenities you require when you are filling out your search form!
Pets:
With apartment communities, you are never quite sure whether there are pets permitted or not. That is, until you ask! If you have pets and are unsure which apartments allow pets and what size pets they do allow, just ask our agents! They know which apartments are the most pet friendly and which apartments dislike pets in their community.
Deposits:
With most apartment communities and indeed any leased or rented home of any type, you can expect some sort of security and/or pet deposit before you move in. This is to help ensure the property owner that in case something goes wrong, they have your money to fix the problems you may cause in the term of your stay. In most cases, these deposits are at least partially refundable upon lease end, depending on the condition of the apartment or other type of rental property.
